My HOA bans exterior drilling. Can you still install?
Yes. We install cellular alarm panels (no exterior wires), surface-mount cameras with adhesive backing, and battery doorbell cameras that don't require existing wiring. Common in downtown SLC condos and townhomes.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No 36-month lock-ins. Monitoring is month-to-month once you own the equipment. Optional financing is available on hardware if you'd rather spread the install cost — those plans do carry a financing term, but they're not a monitoring contract.
