What Provo property owners ask.
Can I install security on a BYU-area rental?
Yes. We do landlord installs every month around campus — exterior cameras, smoke + door sensors, and smart locks with codes you can reset between tenants without changing hardware. Tenants get a tenant-level app login if you want them to.
Do you offer multi-property landlord pricing?
Yes. If you own three or more rentals, we can bundle hardware + monitoring across all of them and bill on one invoice. Ask for the landlord quote.
Will the cameras work over a tenant's Wi-Fi?
Some setups use tenant Wi-Fi; others use cellular cameras you control independently. We usually recommend cellular for landlord-controlled cameras so tenant Wi-Fi changes don't take the cameras offline.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No 36-month lock-ins. Monitoring is month-to-month once equipment is owned. Optional hardware financing carries a financing term, but it's separate from any monitoring service.
How fast can you install in Provo?
Most Provo quote walk-throughs happen within 24–48 hours of the call. Standard installs are scheduled within a week — slightly longer in August during BYU move-in season.
